Large dining table seats 6-8. 4 dining chairs, more available.
Double bed. Towels and linen supplied.
Bath, loo and hand basin.
A very comfortable double 'Aero bed" is available. Please give prior warning if required.
Church Farm Cottage is non-smoking.
Guests will normally have a priority option to return for their equivalent week(s) for the following years and will be consulted before their slot is offered to a new party.
Various pieces of equipment are available – please telephone to discuss. Please note we do not have stair gates.

If you would like organic and locally produced breakfast groceries to be waiting in the cottage for you, please let us know at least three days before your arrival. You will be asked for a cheque for these during your stay.
Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome but there is a small charge of £2 per day. They should be kept under control and not allowed to roam at will. They should never be allowed upstairs or on the furniture. Owners are expected to clean up after their dogs.
It is expected that the cottage is left in good order.
Recycling is encouraged and special bins are provided for this.
The cottage does not have a telephone. Urgent messages may be left with Will and Katie Bicknell on daytime tel: 01249 758444, evening tel: 01249 750264, and will be passed on as soon as possible. Fax messages may be sent from the farm house at the standard rate per page. Wireless broadband is available, just ask Will for the password.
