Self catering tariff 2011 – 2012. Prices are based on two guests sharing.

Low season 04 January – 28 April 2011, 20 September – 19 December 2011.
High season 29 April – 19 September 2011.
Peak season 01 – 03 January 2011, 12 – 14 February 2011, 30 April – 03 May 2011, 20 – 31 December 2011.

 

Bank holidays charged at High Season rate. Badmington, Valentines, Christmas and New Year all charged at Peak Rate.

 

Additional guests: £25 per night each.

 

Dogs: £2 per day.

 

Payments: 20% deposit to secure booking. Balance two weeks before arrival.

 

Cancellations: Percentage of full booking price, 20% payable up to 4 weeks notice. 40% with 2-4 weeks notice, 80% if under 2 weeks notice.

 

All prices are inclusive of heating, electricity, bed linen and towels.
